Here is the space where we put all of the archives in video format. The intent is to have a digital archival room to raise appreciation inside my team’s purpose. So they can understand quickly what’s the culture of the group and what’s my thinking about architecture. It’s a two-way dialogue. Starting from the intent to be inside, we extended the purpose so other people could learn the process. So I started divided the video to share my design methodology, thinking, progress, and evaluation. I write and curate the information so that it’s easy to understand. The curation interlinked the stories in formative years to my years with chapters on the home page real-rich.org.

The term is bricolage which is an attempt to unify available tangible and intangible of architecture finding four hermits. They are techne, phronesis, Sophia, and episteme. I will talk further about the hermits later on another page explaining the design method. Bricolage is also a way to design using available material optimally.
I divided the video into several chapters and sub-chapters. The first chapter is about the result of making architecture. You can find the results of projects consisting design approach showing how the design approach transformed from one task to another project.

The second and third chapter is backstage of the projects which is the secret of an architect’s life. It’s the backstage I practices leadership and learns from many people inside the studio. The third chapter is when I acknowledge the presence and the effort from people inside a studio.

These chapters are also an attempt to credit the process of making noting that several beautiful people who are critical and creative craftsmen, designers, supervisors, and clients have contributed to the body of the studio’s work. My grandfather and father started the builder’s ecosystem before, and I extended it and focused on architecture. Please have a look at the name and studio contributors below, and I appreciate the effort collaboratively. I am updating this story quite often, so please have a visit.

This video is the story where the works are linked to each other by solid thinking. The first video here is the birth of the innovation actually from parallel thinking from creative and critical thinking. The first, creative thinking brings the best of consistent deliberation mode, which is work by limitations. Then, The second critical thinking brings the best of working at the most appropriate method, starting by reading the context. Critical thinking manifests the process of archival. And creative thinking manifests the process on reactors of ideas.

Like the other profession/ecosystem, design has the culture as well. The process of becoming an architect is not easy, it’s transformative, and it’s a marathon game. The method of appreciation and evaluation of being a better person is fundamental. The process needs to be taken by us consciously in forming studio culture. Suppose the people inside the studio have a good approach. In that case, the studio’s function will be the culture of appreciation. one person inside the studio needs to be appreciated.
We, all of the people inside, form the studio, which produces an innovative architecture with process and dialogue. Sometimes it’s not about the design itself, but it’s personal work like the character, approach to be nomad, discomfort to a comfort zone. It’s not easy to form collective knowledge. These videos in this Guha The Guild series are the secret of architects’ lives. Those are the record from monthly appreciation day for the designers, librarians, and administrations who can show the best progress.
The process involved all of the people in the team picking the best person that helped, supported, or participated in a favorable ecosystem in the studio. In the editorial process, I try to reflect on studio culture. The lesson learned is that we could enhance and avoid the negativity in creating a healthy ecosystem.

Our studio has beautiful people that collaborate and have strong bonding. We celebrate the moment of birthday, birth, and graduations of people inside. I believe that making architecture creates memories for the people inside the team. By looking at these videos, I can assure that everybody inside counts on the office progress, from clients, engineers, design specialists, and my dear progress.

I am also thankful to the visual and archival team, videographers, librarians, designers, administration, and advisors. By noting all of the hard work, I can understand somehow it’s important to reconcile and appreciates, crediting and evaluating. It’s an unfinished process. Capturing moments are not easy process.
I credit the teamwork, noting that several beautiful people such as cinematographer, musician, designers, craftsmen supervisors, and clients have contributed to the archives. Please have a look at the name and credit to dream team, and I appreciate the effort collaboratively. The current squad handles unexpected moments, edited the result, curated the data and information, and integrated it wholeheartedly. That’s why I am proud of the product and process, and all of the sincere improvements, session, and visual experimentation make the ecosystem stronger.
We also believe there is consent, that we have to talk and have a two-way dialogue, heart to heart. When, and where bitter and sweet moments got reconciled, there is a support system to mark that nobody deserver to be alone in this world, even the great masters. Life is meant for other people. It’s a way to shape the mission in this life. I this way, we got our vision.
Our vision is about cherishing the progress, the soul, the effort by many talented ones, and the ordinary ones in architecture. The beautiful people, the nature, and the belief that architecture is so damn important. I love to appreciate them. They have supported me, and it’s time for me to pay back this universe.
