It’s always been a dream to see a better world, but there will be no better world if each of us never start being better ourselves. The world has missed some of its essential parts which are the understanding and caring aspects. People today live with themselves without even considering whether their actions or behaviour will affect others in a good way.
I visited RAW today and I am thrilled about how much it cares for the others. I felt that these people are not only co-workers professionally but also very amiable friends, playing together happily with their favourite subjects: art and architecture. The working area was very friendly and creatively designed. A small space, but a very comfortable one. I also liked Omah for its innovative structural and spatial design.
I always have a passion for structure. I adore architects that play with structures, such as Henri Maclaine Pont. Playing with structure that I used to know involved higher cost, while I also have the thought that it’s not always fair that only those who are fortunate enough can enjoy living in a finely designed place. When I saw OMAH for the first time, I was so inspired. Not only of its very creative design but also because it was built using plywood. I don’t have much experience in building cost, but I can estimate that OMAH can be built with a lower cost. These things made me feel even luckier to be here, such a friendly and creative environment.
I have come to understand that to realise such a world, one has to be able to work in groups. There are so many kind of people and there will always be those who we can’t deal with. I am not someone who is gifted with the ability to communicate beautifully. Because of that, I seriously have to learn how to communicate well.
I am so much grateful for this precious chance bestowed by Mr. Realrich Sjarief, Miss Tatyana and the associates and I want to live this chance to the fullest. I want to learn as much as I can from these seniors and keep learning as much as I can for the rest of my life.
