My name is Kenneth Aldwin. Now, I am on my second year of Architectural Bachelor study in Bandung Institute of Technology. The reason I am interested in Architecture is buildings and structures amaze me and I would like to build them in focus not only in design and aesthetic but also function and practicality.
As I learned more in Bandung Institute of Technology, I found out that my passion is in one sub- study of architecture, which is housing. I want to develop my management and technical skills related to housing especially as a housing / property developer. On the other side, my passion in business seems perfectly matched to collide with housing development. Apart from architecture development news, I keep up as well with economic development from the news or I learn it from my father.
I recognize myself as an outgoing person. I love to interact and associate with everyone, despite his or her age. Also, I believe I am a hardworking person. I will finish all the projects assigned to me according to the standard of excellence and perfection. I graduated from SMAK IPEKA PLUIT, North Jakarta in 2014. Aside from academic subjects, I learn about the importance of attitude and integrity. I am also trained to be a man who valued interpersonal relationship from my family. And I believe that family is my number one priority.
My expectation of this internship is for me to learn a lot and to have a mentor that will guide me. From my quick research, I figured out that RAW is a company who have done many great projects and staying ahead of competitors. I would be honoured to join this company to learn and bring positive contributions in your upcoming projects. Other than that, I would like to learn about working in teams and how to have a good group dynamic because in the university the entire project is accomplished alone. When in reality, structures can only be constructed from the collaboration of many departments. I also want to contribute in client meetings. I believe in the saying that client and customer is king. And to learn on how to deal with clients along with their endless demand is important.
I propose internship date from the mid of May to the end of August as it is my university break. Thank you for this chance that you have given me.
