We are deeply honored and grateful to have been selected as one of the “100 Architects of the Year” for 2024 by the Korean Institute of Architects (KIA). We are thankful to have had the opportunity to be part of the international invitational exhibition at the Suwon Convention Center in Korea, alongside 109 talented architects and 83 teams.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Han Young Keun, the President of KIA, and Regina Gonthier, the President of the International Union of Architects (UIA), for their support and belief in our work.
We are truly humbled to have been part of the exhibition alongside so many talented architects from around the world. The incredible work on display was truly inspiring, and we are amazed by the creativity and innovation that continues to shape the field of architecture. This recognition is not just ours but a reflection of the collaboration and dedication of all those who contribute to the field of Indonesian architecture.
Our Guha the Guild project that featured in the exhibition reflect our ongoing commitment to creating bioclimatic architecture. A core principle of our work is to create comfortable, energy-efficient spaces by optimizing natural ventilation, allowing cool breezes to naturally regulate and lower the indoor temperatures. This approach not only minimizes energy consumption but also creates healthier and more sustainable environments that prioritize the natural rhythms of the climate.
As we look ahead, we are filled with hope for the future of architecture and the continued opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to creating meaningful spaces for all.
