Inter Garden Home is organized through a clear sequence from public to private. At the front, a promenade defines the entry experience, creating a gradual transition into a highly private residential environment. This entrance zone is anchored by a central core that accommodates a micro garden, contributing to daylight, ventilation, and spatial orientation from the outset.
The main interior opens into a double-height atrium equipped with a skylight, allowing natural light and airflow to move effectively through the house. This atrium functions as a spatial and environmental connector, supporting cross ventilation and enhancing indoor comfort.
The building form responds directly to climate and site conditions. A slanted façade is introduced as a response to sun angles, providing effective shading, while the overall massing follows the diagonal nature of the site. Spatial zoning is clearly defined: two bedrooms are positioned toward the front, while more private bedrooms are located at the rear, oriented toward the swimming pool to maximize privacy and views.
On the upper level, a badminton court is integrated with a wood-decked garden. Slightly elevated in relation to the surrounding spaces, this area extends the domestic program vertically, combining recreational use with an outdoor garden setting.
