Crystal Village is a a compact mixed-use development for the city of Pontianak. The masterplan intends to create one main street that cuts through the whole area, from the entrance to the riverside. This straightforward circulation will create an easy accessibility for the future occupants. In the middle, Crystal Lake is proposed, which the design is inspired from the exotic talisman of Borneo. Various facilities from shopping walk, water boom, supermarket, offices to executive club house are combined with 4 housing typologies in a 29 ha of land. Crystal Village is the new fresh and joyful oasis for Pontianak.
