It’s well known for living legend Rudy Hartono to wake up early in the Morning to start training himself, so he become a champion in Badminton. “Antoni Salim, one of the prominent businessman also always jog every day at the early morning.” says my dad one time. when a year ago I tried to follow Pak Antoni jogging every morning, but it came last for only 1 month, my nike run apps was shut down, my shoes were hung at shelves. I was failed have healthy routines, there was lack of motivation to be healthy. Robin then wrote that Failure, on other hand is just as easy to slip into. Failure’s is nothing more than the inevitable outcome of a few small acts of daily neglect performed consistently over time so that they take you past the point of no return.

2 years ago, I still could wake up every morning at 5.00 am until the work took the metabolism of the body, the time of waking up starting to be later, 6.00 am, 7.00 am, until 8.00 am, 9.00 am because of heavy overtime for design submission. by the time, my weight was increased to 74 kg from 67.5 kg. I could not wear any slim fit trousers, and it’s difficult or heavy to move. I thought it was only my psychology.

Then I read one book titled, Originals written by Adam Grant. he wrote when you want to change something, building a condition, system that make you to change, change your behavior, you can’t do it yourself, you need other people. In my mind, I thought, “okay I need a trainer.” I asked Rezki and Greg, that I wanted to do Yoga, and they introduced me to Feliz. Then at bright morning, the yoga started.

I was realized when I did yoga with Feliz as a way for having routine exercise. I believe that if the mind could program, at least the metabolism could be adjusted by the routines. It came up that the exercise was really painful from one session to another session until fourth session ,it was more painful. Then I realized, that probably the problem is the nutrition, the food that we eat, resemble the balance of our mind, and spiritual side. Just at Monday, I came up with weight loss program in the office, that every 1 kg loss or gain toward ideal weight, the office will pay 200 k for it. It was quite exciting to start  and to walk the talk is more painful. I was in anger, and couldn’t control emotion, movement, losing energy, body start to tremble for 2 days. My body was suffering. We had a chat in the studio, and Miftah said “no pain no gain kak”

I think that is absolutely right. No pain no gain, even Feliz, our yoga teacher said, she experienced the same thing, started to eat in more healthy. She said even for her, starting yoga is painful even until now, so her body need stretching, the body will tell if we are ready for one pose to another pose.

Some of the people, like Ellena, Miftah lost 3 kilos and more until now, less than a month which is great for them and other people lost 2 kilos, 1 kilo, some of them couldn’t control their appetite and will have to prepare fine – 20 k for paying the excess per kilo.

Sharma wrote ‘Lucky breaks are nothing more than unexpected rewards for intelligent choices we’ve chosen to make. Success doesn’t just happen because someone’s stars line up. Success, both in business and personally is something that’s consciously created. It’s the guaranteed result of a deliberate series of acts that anyone can perform.” How can we not agree with !

And me, After 3 days having eat more healthy, my body was relaxed. in one week, I lost 2 kilos, and in 3 weeks I lost 3 kilos. My body is lighter, feels good, and the most important part, I can do my routine for waking up 5 a.m. in the morning to write this article and I have been doing yoga for almost 3 months, and feel healthier ever ! let’s encouraging each other to be healthier than before.
