Zero Strom Run Off is a methods to recycle the rainwater. In this building, this system is located in a manhole under the concretes in front of the Principal Room. This concrete connects the Principal Room and Amphitheatre.
This manhole is water recycle shelter. There are fish, one of it is mujaer and catfish. These fish could eat the dirt, makes the rainwater more filtered. Then, this rainwater is pomped and could be used for watering the landscape.
